In 2006, the next generation expanded operations into polyester and cotton processing. Between 2010 and 2013, Shree Jagdamba Knits Pvt. Ltd. was set up in Greater Noida, adding rotary and digital printing to the group's capabilities. As demand for embroidered fabric grew, a dedicated Schiffli embroidery unit was commissioned in 2024, built from the ground up with export grade infrastructure and compliance already in place, rather than added on afterward.
That sequencing matters more than it might seem. Many embroidery businesses start small and bolt on certifications and quality systems later, once a buyer demands them. We approached it the other way around, building the compliance and quality process into the unit before it ever took its first order. The embroidery division was only added once we were confident it could run at the same standard as the rest of the group. Bulk production then runs against that locked specification, with quality checks at intervals rather than only at the end of the run. Finished fabric or garments go through mending and inspection before dispatch, so what leaves our facility has already been checked against the approved sample, not just against a general quality standard.
