Six Swiss-made Schiffli machines, each 21.5 meters long, run inside our Faridabad unit and stitch the same design across the full width of a fabric in a single pass. That is the core of what we do as a machine embroidery company in India. We produce embroidered fabric, lace, applique, patches and panels in bulk for fashion brands, garment exporters and buying houses.

Shri Jagdamba Embroidery Pvt. Ltd. sits in the Delhi NCR textile belt and belongs to a group with dyeing and printing units. A collection can move from design file to dyed, embroidered and packed fabric under one management team. The unit is GOTS and GRS certified and has cleared Inditex audits, so compliance papers can travel with the fabric.

What Sets Schiffli Apart from Multi-Head Embroidery

Machine embroidery covers more than one kind of equipment. Multi-head machines embroider one frame at a time, which suits logos and small placements. A Schiffli machine works differently. A long horizontal frame carries thousands of needles that embroider the whole fabric width at once, while a shuttle carries the underside thread. The name is German for “little boat”. The result is all-over patterns, borders and lace with identical repeats from the first meter to the last.

Our production runs on Lasser AG Schiffli machines, which makes us a specialist Schiffli embroidery manufacturer in India rather than a general embroidery shop. We are also a service provider, not a machine seller. Buyers looking to purchase embroidery machines will find dealers elsewhere. Brands and exporters looking for embroidered fabric and embroidery job work in India will find a production partner here.

Machine Embroidery Services We Offer

Every format below is produced on our own Schiffli machines.

Greige on greige embroidery

The embroidery is worked on unfinished, undyed fabric with unfinished thread. The two then go through dyeing and finishing together, which gives a naturally unified color. Buyers who want to dye to seasonal shades choose this format, and it is popular for ethnic wear. See greige on greige embroidery.

Dyed on dyed embroidery

Both the base fabric and the thread are dyed before embroidery. This allows color-on-color or contrast effects, and it gives a controlled, repeatable colorway across a full run without post-process dyeing variation. See dyed on dyed embroidery.

3D and puff embroidery

Foam or padding sits beneath the surface stitching to create a raised, sculptural effect. Premium casualwear, sportswear branding and accessories use it where a tactile finish sets the product apart. See 3D embroidery.

Applique embroidery

A secondary fabric is layered onto the base and stitched down in a single machine run. This produces applique embroidery fabric at volume without hand finishing. See applique embroidery.

Chemical lace, border and all-over

Embroidery is worked on a water-soluble base, which is then dissolved so that only the thread structure remains as freestanding lace. Border lace finishes hemlines, necklines and edges. All-over lace works as a garment fabric in its own right. See chemical lace border and chemical lace all-over.

Neck patches embroidery

Neck patches are produced as separate embroidered pieces and applied at the garment stage. Women’s ethnic wear and contemporary tops use them often. See neck patches embroidery.

Patch and panel embroidery

Where embroidery belongs only in a specific placement zone, we produce patches and panels in Schiffli format instead of embroidering the whole fabric. See patch or panel embroidery.

Coord embroidery

Coord embroidery is the newest addition to our range. Share your set requirements with the team to check current availability.

Supporting Services Under One Roof

Embroidery is rarely the only step a collection needs. These services sit alongside it, so you don’t have to split an order across vendors:

  • Design development and digitizing of your artwork into a Schiffli punch file, usually with two to three review cycles before the file is production ready
  • Sampling on a dedicated 5-meter Lässer AG MVD 57 machine, with a standard lead time of 7 to 10 working days from design approval
  • Yarn R&D covering dyed organic cotton, multi-color yarns, viscose for a silk-like shine and cord yarns of various counts
  • Cord embroidery on two machines fitted with cord attachments
  • In-house mending and shearing to clean up the fabric after embroidery
  • Dyeing through our group, and coordination of rotary and digital printing through Shree Jagdamba Knits
  • Inspection of every meter of finished fabric for stitch consistency, colorfastness, dimensional accuracy and surface quality
  • Packing as rolls, folded packs with poly-bag protection or cut lengths, with export documentation handled in-house

Machines and Capacity for Bulk Embroidery Job Work

Capacity decides whether a supplier can hold a delivery date when your order grows from a sample to a season. Our unit is built around the following:

  • Six brand-new Lässer AG MVD 75 Schiffli machines, each 21.5 meters long
  • One Lässer AG MVD 57 sampling machine, 5 meters long
  • Cord attachments on two of the production machines
  • An ERP-based order processing system
  • Output of more than 2 lakh meters (200,000 meters) of embroidered fabric every month
  • More than 100 crore (1 billion) stitches a year

Because the full width is controlled by one digital program, every needle position repeats exactly across the fabric. That is what makes large orders match their approved sample.

Fabrics, Threads and Customization Options

Every order is set up as its own project. You can define the following:

  • Base fabric: cotton, organic cotton, viscose, polyester, organza, net, linen or blends
  • Thread: cotton, viscose rayon, polyester, metallic, space-dyed or multi-color
  • Color matching: against a Pantone reference, your swatch or our in-house shade library
  • Embroidery format: any of the formats listed above, or a combination
  • Width and repeat size: adjusted to your cutting layout
  • Finishing and packing: sheared, mended, pressed and packed to your specification

Custom designs are treated as exclusive to the buyer. We do not replicate, share or reuse client design files.

Garments and Industries We Embroider For

Our largest volume goes to ethnic and occasion wear, including kurtas, dupattas, lehengas and sarees. Contemporary and western labels use us for blouses, co-ord sets and overlay garments, and chemical lace panels go into resort and bridal collections. We also supply fine lace and applique for bridal and luxury wear, bold graphic embroidery for kidswear, and embroidered fabric for home textiles such as table linen, cushion covers and bed runners. Bags, scarves and footwear uppers are the accessory categories we serve.

If you run a garment export business, you can plan embroidery, dyeing and delivery with a single vendor instead of coordinating three.

How Our Embroidery Process Works

  1. Share your brief. A digital file, fabric swatch, hand sketch or reference fabric is enough to start.
  2. Design development. Our team converts your input into a digital punch file and runs review cycles until it is production ready.
  3. Material preparation. Base fabric is inspected and thread is matched to your color reference.
  4. Sampling and approval. You receive a sample matched to your specification and sign it off.
  5. Bulk production. Embroidery runs on the Lässer AG machines with in-process monitoring instead of a single check at the end.
  6. Finishing and dispatch. Shearing, mending, optional dyeing or printing, final inspection, packing and export documentation follow before dispatch.

Certifications and Compliance for Export Orders

Export buyers usually ask for paperwork before they ask for samples. We hold GOTS certification for organic cotton production and GRS certification for recycled fiber inputs. Our facility has also cleared Inditex social, health and safety, and metal detection audits. Scope certificates are listed on our homepage and can be shared with your compliance team on request. We are also preparing a shift to solar energy for our operations.

Why Brands and Exporters Choose Shri Jagdamba Embroidery

The group began with a hand-dyeing unit in Okhla, Delhi, grew into polyester and cotton processing, and added printing at Greater Noida. The Schiffli embroidery unit followed in 2024. More than 25 years of textile manufacturing sit behind the team that now runs your embroidery order.

Dyeing, printing and embroidery under one management team shorten the path from sample to shipment and reduce color variance between processes. The Faridabad location is easy to reach from Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida, so buyers can inspect fabric or watch a running order in person.

Embroidery Support for Buyers Across India

Most of our fabric ships to garment clusters outside Faridabad. Knitwear and apparel manufacturers sourcing for Tirupur can read how we work with that cluster on our Tirupur embroidery company page. Brands and designer labels in Maharashtra can start with our embroidery company in Mumbai page. Delhi-based manufacturers can see how local coordination works on our embroidery job work in Delhi page.
